The new year is starting off with good news – I found out today that I do not have the BRCA 1 & 2 gene mutation! I will post more in the next couple of days regarding Round 9 and my thoughts about being BRCA 1 & 2 negative. But, at least now – whatever my outcome might be – I have peace of mind that I did not pass this gene mutation onto my children! I know this was weighing heavily on my daughter and she is so relieved at the news.

Hey Donna, this is great news. My sister just found out the same results over the Christmas holidays and she was releived also.
